Profile Developments Begins Construction On Huntingdale Towns

SCARBOROUGH – Earlier this week, Profile Developments Inc. held a ceremony to celebrate the launch of construction on their newest project, Huntingdale Towns, in the Agincourt neighbourhood of north Scarborough.

“My family has lived in this area for a long time, and I have seen firsthand the gaps that have existed in homes for middle communities,” said Profile Developments co-founder Mike Petrovski. “Our team is excited to help foster the joy of home ownership for so many people, and to help our community grow and thrive.”

The event was organized by GTA Strategies, a business and government relations firm, who were instrumental in facilitating communication between Profile Developments and City staff. “As a former representative of this community, I’ve heard the need for more housing,” commented The Honourable Jim Karygiannis, GTA Strategies principal and former MP for Scarborough-Agincourt. “This project is in a prime location as far as amenities, and will go a long way in improving the overall quality of life for Scarborough-Agincourt.”

The ceremony was attended by Devon Cranson and David Roff of Cranson Capital, Profile Development’s partners in the project, as well as Scarborough-Agincourt Councillor Nick Mantas.
