Profile Developments Breaks Ground on Huntingdale Towns in Scarborough

Profile Developments broke ground this past weekend at the site of its new townhouse development Huntingdale Towns, located at 3079 Pharmacy Avenue just north of Finch Avenue in Scarborough. Local politicians including Jean Yip, Nick Mantas, and Aris Babikian were in attendance, in addition to representatives of Profile and a local food bank, who all posed for a ceremonial ‘shovels in the ground’ photo that marked the official beginning of construction on the project.

The existing one-storey, 1,654m² commercial plaza has since begun to be demolished, to eventually be replaced by a set of IBI Group-designed four-storey, back-to-back and rear-lane townhouses with ancillary retail. A total of 81 residential townhouses will be constructed in three rows, comprising five blocks and having a gross floor area of 9,855m².
